Cold pressed Groundnut Oil

Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil is our flagship product. The groundnuts are cultivated in Junagadh, the birthplace of Vinod Karkar and home to the National Research Centre for Groundnut. This center focuses on improving crop production technologies and developing suitable varieties. We exclusively use G20 groundnuts, known for their natural sweetness and high oil and protein content.

Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil Making

Cold-pressed groundnut oil is extracted without using heat, preserving natural nutrients and flavor.

  • Cleaning: The harvested groundnuts are cleaned to remove any dirt, debris, and foreign materials.
  • Dehulling: The outer shells of the groundnuts are removed since they don't contain oil.
  • Pressing: The groundnuts are fed into a screw press machine, which applies pressure to extract the oil.
  • Filtration: The extracted oil is filtered to remove any remaining impurities and particulates.
